We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Certain items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at cozycapstore@gmail.com to request a return authorization
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
REFUNDS
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
- Defective or damaged items receive full refunds (with photo proof)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
