We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us at cozycapstore@gmail.com to request a return authorization
  2. Ship the item back to the address provided
  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

REFUNDS

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
  • Defective or damaged items receive full refunds (with photo proof)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
